Door to Door Services

Our door to door services are by reservation only and first come first serve. It’s best to get your reservation in as soon as you know you will need a ride to ensure your spot. The service area covers Culp Creek to Loraine, London to Creswell into Cottage Grove, Creswell and the Eugene/Springfield Metro area. Service Hours – 8 am to 5 pm.

Local

Door to Door is our scheduled request service that picks you up at your home (or requested pick up location) and drops you at your destination in the Cottage Grove area. These reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance and are first come first serve. Same day requests are limited to space available and incur an additional charge of $2.
Metro Shuttle

Our Metro Shuttle service is an advance request scheduled ride into the Eugene/Springfield metro area going up 2 to 3 times per day depending on demand. Like Local, this service picks you up at your home and drops you at your destination. We ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure space is available. In order to take advantage of the Shuttle rate we ask that riders be flexible on their pick up times.

Metro Service

Our Metro Service is also an advance request scheduled ride into the Eugene/Springfield metro area that needs to be at a time other than the shuttle, for example an early morning or late afternoon appointment. We ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure space is available.
