Medicaid Medical & Non-Medical

South Lane Wheels is a Medicaid/Non Medical transportation provider contracted through RideSource. If you are a Medicaid client or OHP Plus client your transportation to medical appointments may be covered. Contact your worker to find out if you qualify.

If you do qualify you will need to call the RideSource call center at 541.682.5566 to set up your transportation as soon as you know you need a ride. Please have the Doctor’s name, address and telephone number ready. RideSource will arrange transportation for you with the most appropriate lowest cost provider. If you have special needs be sure to tell the call taker so that they can pass that information on to the provider.

SLW‘s recommends calling RideSource the day before your appointment to confirm arrangements and find out which provider has been assigned.
